At the conference, the consulting unit presented a detailed planning plan for the resettlement area serving the Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park Project with a total planned area of more than 608,800 m2. In which, residential land accounts for about 236,900 m2; traffic land more than 252,400 m2; green land, sports land more than 33,400 m2; education land more than 18,700 m2; sports and cultural land more than 10,000 m2; along with items of medical land, commercial services, parking lots, water surface and technical infrastructure.
According to the plan, the resettlement area is expected to arrange 2,529 residential land plots, including 1,779 plots with areas from 100 to 106 m2, 704 plots with areas over 107 m2 and 646 plots with areas from 60 to 90 m2.
Delegates focused on discussing and contributing opinions on resettlement arrangement plans, social infrastructure system planning, especially land funds for education, green trees, cemeteries and public works, ensuring to meet the long-term development needs of the locality. Opinions suggested that when Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park comes into operation, it is expected to attract about 42,000 - 45,000 workers, so the resettlement area planning needs to be calculated synchronously and modernly, meeting urban development requirements and improving people's quality of life.
Leaders of Hung Thang commune emphasized that the locality always creates favorable conditions to accelerate the progress of key projects in the area. At the same time, they requested relevant units to continue to review and complete the planning plan; carefully study the name and objectives of the project; reasonably balance the proportion of green trees, educational land fund and social infrastructure works. In addition, build a roadmap and specific implementation progress, ensuring that the project is implemented effectively, meeting the sustainable development requirements of the locality in the coming time.
