The Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee requested the city's departments, branches, sectors, and district-level People's Committees to carefully review the contents of Resolution No. 46/NQ-CP of the Government and Directive No. 06/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister to promptly implement solutions.
Units urgently complete the review of works, projects, and "suspended" planning causing waste, find solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, and soon put works and projects into operation, avoiding loss and waste, especially in the fields of land, environment, resources, and management and use of public assets.
The Department of Science and Technology shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to focus on implementing and advising the City People's Committee to direct the acceleration of tasks in the Government's Action Program and the City Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo, Resolution No. 193/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of special mechanisms and policies to create breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee and press and media agencies to promote information and propaganda, and orient public opinion on the above Resolutions and Directives. The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to preside over and coordinate with Departments, branches and localities to urge, synthesize and draft specific plans to promptly organize and implement tasks in a timely and effective manner.
