On June 11, leaders of Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department informed that out of a total of 14 public land and housing facilities to be recovered according to legally effective judgments, Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department has recovered 10 land and housing facilities to hand over to Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Co., Ltd.
Previously, in 2021–2022, Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Co., Ltd. sued Hai Phong Technology Products Joint Stock Company to recover 13 houses and land facilities due to violations of lease contracts. These houses and land facilities include the 1st floor of 4 houses on Cau Dat street; house number 112 Cau Dat; 1st floor of 2 houses on Hoang Van Thu street; houses number 84 – 86 Dien Bien Phu street; house number 129 Lach Tray street; 3rd floor of house number 28 Quang Trung street; 1st floor of house number 2 Hang Kenh street.
Also during this time, Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Co., Ltd. sued Hung Dao Co., Ltd. to recover the land and house facility at 25 Tran Hung Dao.
According to a report from Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement, the judgments have taken legal effect, and the tenants do not voluntarily return the house to the State. To recover public property, the City Civil Judgment Enforcement has issued a coercive plan, sent coercive dossiers to the People's Procuracy where the property must be coerced, and to Hai Phong City Police to coordinate the coercive implementation.
Before the time of coercion, from May 19 to June 8, Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement had completed procedures to recover 10 land and houses, including the 1st floor of house number 152 – 153 Tran Phu, house number 129 Lach Tray, house number 112 Cau Dat (Gia Vien ward), 1st floor of house number 2, number 5 Tran Phu (Le Chan ward), 3rd floor of house number 28 Quang Trung (Le Chan ward), 1st floor of house number 112 -114 Hoang Van Thu (Hong Bang ward).
According to Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement, through mobilization and propaganda, Hai Phong Technology Products Joint Stock Company committed to return the remaining 3 houses, which are houses No. 1 - 3 (1st floor) Cau Dat, house No. 2 Hang Kenh.
For house number 25 Tran Hung Dao (Hong Bang ward), because this house is also the entrance to a household's house behind, judgment enforcement needs to be considered based on reality.
According to a report from Hai Phong City People's Committee, the total number of land and housing facilities that are public assets managed by Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Co., Ltd. is 273 facilities. Of which, there are 159 housing facilities that must be recovered according to the provisions of Decree 108/2024, land and housing facilities that are recovered in the form of lawsuits are 59 facilities, of which 14 land and housing facilities mentioned above have judgments (10/14 facilities have been recovered), and the remaining 45 facilities are carrying out lawsuits at the Courts of areas with land and housing facilities.
