The submission stated: It takes a certain amount of time to relocate all of the above assets; Due to sudden and unexpected reasons, the Bac Lieu Provincial Business Association has not found a new location to build the Office Headquarters of the Bac Lieu Provincial Business Association; the Bac Lieu Provincial Business Association has not yet had capital to invest in building the Association's Office Headquarters.
According to the presentation of the Bac Lieu Provincial Business Association, on July 12, 2017, the Standing Committee of the Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 2533/UBND-KT agreeing to hand over the Young Entrepreneurs Association (later Bac Lieu Business Association) 718m2 of space at the Provincial Cultural Center to build the Business Coffee Association and the Office Headquarters of the Bac Lieu Provincial Business Association.
Since then, this has been the place where the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the Departments of Bac Lieu province have regularly met with Enterprises and investors inside and outside the province to share difficulties and problems; listen to startup ideas of young entrepreneurs.... The image of the Bac Lieu Business community being friendly with the government is highly appreciated by friends in the area, bringing many positive results, being a bridge between the government and businesses.
In order for the Business Coffee Association and the Office of the Bac Lieu Provincial Business Association to be spacious and polite, over many times, the Bac Lieu Provincial Business Association has invested billions of VND to raise the foundation, build wooden houses, plant trees, miniature landscapes, install office equipment... contributing to the overall landscape of the Provincial Cultural Center.
As Lao Dong reported on March 14, 2025, the Chairman of the Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee requested: "On March 17, 2025, the Business Coffee Shop Association must stop all activities and clean the premises to hand over to the Provincial People's Committee office before March 31, 2025".
