On May 3, the Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province informed that the Provincial People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the Thung Muong Rural Residential Area project in Tu Son commune, Kim Boi district, with a scale of 1,900 people.
The project is invited by the Department of Construction of Hoa Binh province to select investors in the form of a public auction in the second quarter of 2025.
The goal is to build an ecological housing area combined with resort tourism, effectively using land funds and promoting the potential of natural landscapes in the locality. At the same time, it contributes to solving employment for local workers.
According to the plan, the project has a population of about 1,900 people and a land use area of about 58.17 hectares. Of which, residential land accounts for more than 138,000m2, including 315 commercial housing lots with a maximum height of 3 floors and a maximum construction density of 60% per lot.
The project is synchronously arranged with social infrastructure items, trees, sports, commercial - service land and public works such as healthcare, kindergartens, and culture. The technical and social infrastructure will be built by the investor and handed over to the competent state management agency.
The total investment of the project is 734.1 billion VND, of which more than 530 billion VND is for the construction of technical infrastructure, society and service works; about 151 billion VND for compensation and resettlement support.
The implementation progress is divided into 3 phases: Organize the selection of investors in 2025; complete site clearance, land allocation, planning in 2026-2027; invest in construction and put into operation in 2027-2029.
The People's Committee of Hoa Binh province requires relevant departments and the People's Committee of Kim Boi district to closely coordinate to ensure the implementation progress. The winning investor must fully fulfill financial obligations, ensure the quality of the project and comply with legal regulations on land, investment, environment and fire prevention and fighting.
