In February 2026, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province reported on the deployment of the Housing and Real Estate Market Information System in the province.
According to the Department of Construction, the unit is the agency in charge of deploying and managing the Housing and Real Estate Information System; and at the same time, promptly updating housing and real estate data to the Ministry of Construction's system according to regulations; issuing and guiding the use of accounts for related subjects.
Up to now, relevant agencies and units have coordinated to deploy, issue and update information and data on housing and the real estate market on the Ministry of Construction's system, ensuring progress and reporting periods as required.
In order to promptly provide information and complete the implementation situation, as well as receive and answer difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process, the Department of Construction has established the Zalo group "HTTT - Housing and Real Estate Market - Khanh Hoa" for agencies and units to exchange and coordinate implementation.
According to statistics, the total number of accounts created on the Housing and Real Estate Information System is 221 accounts.
Including 34 investors, exchanges; 49 notary offices; 8 accounts belonging to departments, branches and 65 communes, wards, and special zones.
The Department of Construction said that the transfer of report content according to the form has been carried out and sent to units for reporting on the System in accordance with the Coordination Regulations issued by the locality.
However, to date, many units have not yet fully reported on the System and in writing (except for the Department of Justice and some investors and exchanges that have reported data in writing).
In addition, during the implementation process, the data update of some agencies and units is still slow and incomplete; some organizations and businesses are still confused in operating the system and standardizing and synchronizing data according to requirements.
The main reason is that the system is newly deployed, with a large volume of data, related to many fields, and many participants.
While officials working on data update are mainly part-time, not yet trained in depth. Some forms have software errors, so data cannot be entered as required.
From there, the Department of Construction proposed that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to directing departments, branches, and localities to urgently log in and update information and data in accordance with the transferred content.
Implement reporting in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Coordination Regulation on building databases, sharing, and providing information and data on housing and the real estate market in Khanh Hoa province.
