On May 29, according to Lao Dong, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a plan to organize an auction of land use rights of more than 22,000 m2 in urban areas in the city in 2025 to effectively exploit land resources and increase budget revenue.
According to the plan just signed and issued, Lang Son province will organize auctions of land use rights in three main areas including: Nam Hoang Dong I Urban Area, Phu Loc I+II Urban Area and commercial service land (T.M.D.V.1) in the Southern Resettlement and Residential Area of the city.
The total area of the auctioned land plots is more than 22,700 m2, of which 12% of the land fund in urban areas accounts for more than 14,240 m2, the rest is commercial service land with an area of more than 8,480 m2. The technical infrastructure in these areas has been completed, the site is clean, and is eligible for auction according to current regulations.
Specifically, in Nam Hoang Dong I Urban Area, 11 land plots with a total area of 4,736 m2 will be auctioned.
At Phu Loc I+II Urban Area, the province will auction 96 land plots, with a total area of 9,504 m2, located in many plots according to the plan such as: NLK.08, NLK.E1, NV.03, NLK 16, NLK 22A.1, NLK 14.1...
The auction will be divided into 5 phases, starting from June 2025 and lasting until the end of the fourth quarter of 2025. Each period will include from 11 to 24 plots of land put up for auction, ensuring suitability with progress and market demand.
In particular, the land plot T.M.D.V.1 in the Southern Resettlement and Residential Area of the city, with an area eligible for auction of 8,481 m2, will also be auctioned in June. The land has been fully invested in transportation, electricity, water, lighting and drainage systems, according to the land use plan as commercial service land.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize implementation, ensuring compliance with procedures and legal regulations on land use rights auctions.
The implementation of this plan is expected to contribute to promoting urban infrastructure development, increasing transparency in public land exploitation and creating a stable source of income for local budgets.
