On June 1, My Hao Ward People's Committee, Hung Yen province coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and the Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board to organize a conference to deploy the land acquisition and site clearance plan for the Sen Ho New Urban Area Project at the Lo Xa Residential Group Cultural House and the Nguyen Xa Residential Group Cultural House.
The Sen Ho New Urban Area project has a total area of 62.6ha. Within the project implementation scope, there are 608 households with agricultural land affected, including 354 households belonging to Lo Xa Residential Group and 254 households belonging to Nguyen Xa Residential Group.
According to the plan, the project is synchronously invested in technical infrastructure and social infrastructure with many items such as adjacent houses, social housing, medical facilities, kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, landscape lakes, green spaces, flower gardens, wastewater treatment works and other technical infrastructure works.
The goal of the project is to form a modern new urban area, synchronous in terms of technical and social infrastructure, harmoniously connected with residential areas and adjacent functional areas, meeting the socio-economic development requirements of the locality and the housing needs of the people.
The project aims to build a high-quality, green, clean, beautiful living environment with harmonious landscapes and a standard infrastructure system. The expected implementation progress is 84 months.
At the conference, specialized agencies announced detailed project planning maps; information on implementation progress, compensation and support plans when the State recovers land; and at the same time propagated and disseminated current regulations to help people understand their rights and obligations in the project implementation process.
Through the conference, people are provided with complete information related to the project, contributing to raising awareness and creating consensus in site clearance work.
This is considered an important premise to accelerate the progress of the Sen Ho New Urban Area Project, contributing to building My Hao ward to develop in a civilized and modern urban direction.
