Hung Yen auctions more than 130 land lots in Nguyen Hoa commune in May
Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced a plan to organize an auction of 131 residential land lots in Nguyen Hoa commune, Phu Cu district (Hung Yen). The auction is scheduled to take place on May 18, 2025, with a total starting price of more than 123 billion VND.
According to the announcement, these are plots of land allocated by the State for long-term use through auctions with land use fees, located in the resettlement area and La Tien market - an area being planned to expand the historical relic of Cay Dai and La Tien temple.
The common starting price is 9 million VND/m2, some lots are up to 10.8 million VND/m2. Thus, each plot of land has a starting price of 900 million to nearly 2.2 billion VND. Participants must deposit 20% of the land lot value in advance, equivalent to 180 to more than 400 million VND.
The auction documents were sold from April 29 to before 5:00 p.m. on May 14 at three locations, including the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Company (An Vi Commune, Khoai Chau District), Phu Cu District People's Committee and via post. The auction took place at 8:30 a.m. on May 18 at the Phu Cu District Cultural House. Participants need to be present from 7:30 to complete the scoring procedures.
This is an auction organized in the form of direct voting in one round at the auction, applying the method of bidding up.
Customers in need need to prepare a complete original citizen identification card, submit the application on time and are responsible for carefully reviewing the actual status of the land lot.
Phu Tho auctions 71 land plots in Lam Thao town
According to the announcement from Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company, the auction of the right to use 71 land plots in Dong Nha Vam area, Lam Thao town (Lam Thao district, Phu Tho province) will be held on May 19, 2025. This is one of the large-scale auctions in the locality, attracting the attention of people and investors.
The auctioned plots have an area of 94.7m2 to 192m2, with starting prices from 8 to 10 million VND/m2. Correspondingly, each lot is worth from about 757 million to more than 1.5 billion VND. The deposit ranges from 151 million to more than 300 million VND depending on the value of the land plot. The step price is regulated to be 100,000 VND/m2.
The auction documents are sold from April 29 to May 14 at three locations: Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company (Viet Tri City), Lam Thao District Land Fund Development Center and Lam Thao Town People's Committee. The auction registration and bidding form is done by post, with the deadline for receiving documents being 5:00 p.m. on May 14, 2025.
The announcement ceremony will take place at 7:30 a.m. on May 19 at the Lam Thao Town People's Committee hall. Participants need to be present 30 minutes in advance, bring the original citizen identification card and a deposit notice to complete the verification procedures.
This is an auction in the form of indirect voting by the method of bidding up. Participants must ensure compliance with the conditions prescribed in the 2024 Land Law and the Law on Property Auction.
Hoa Binh auctions 65 plots of land in rural areas
In Hoa Binh province, the Land Fund Development Center and Industrial Cluster of Lac Thuy district coordinated with Vietnam Property Auction Joint Stock Company to organize an auction of the right to use 65 plots of residential land in rural areas in Dong Phu village (Mau Bay), Dong Tam commune. The auction is scheduled to take place on May 23, 2025, at the Lac Thuy District Cultural House.
The total area of the plots of land is over 6,500m2, with each plot ranging from 90 to over 150m2. The starting price for each plot of land is determined from over 300 million to nearly 600 million VND/plot, depending on the location. The general price step is set at 10 million VND/plot.
Auction participants must submit documents from April 29 to May 20, and deposit 20% of the corresponding land plot value. The submission of bids will be made directly on May 20 at the Land Fund Development Center and the Lac Thuy District Industrial Cluster.
