The Vietnam Auction Bidding Company has just issued a notice to stop organizing the auction of residential land use rights for 29 land plots at Point X7, Nai Chau Village, Chu Phan Commune, Me Linh District, Hanoi City (phase 3) Pursuant to Official Letter No. 200/PTQD-HC of April 13, 2025 of the Mekong District Land Fund Development Center.
The auction is scheduled to be held at 8am on April 18, 2025 (Friday) at the Hall of the Center for Culture and Information and Sports in Me Linh district.

Earlier on April 12, the Me Linh District Land Fund Development Center in collaboration with the auction company No. 5 - the country successfully organized the auction of land use rights for 28 land plots at DT -01, Tien Thang commune, Me Linh district.
At the auction, there was 28 plot of land, each with an area of 80 - 126m2 with a total area of 2,804m2; The auction is held in many rounds according to the method of bidding. In particular, the first three rounds of bidder are mandatory, with the starting price of 5.18 million VND/m2, each step is 5 million VND/m2.
The auction attracted 175 participants with 683 records, after a public and transparent auction period, all 28 land lots were successfully auctioned, collected 122.6 billion budgets.
The highest auction price of 55.18 million VND/m2; The lowest winning price of 30.18 million VND/m2. This is the 5th auction in 2025.
The auctioned land has a total area of 23,197m2, of which the auction land range is 5,771.2m2 divided into 58 plots. Located the boundary of the land, the North borders agricultural land, the East borders the residential area, the South borders the road, the West borders the residential area and the cultural house of Dien Apple village.
The land has completed the construction of the surrounding technical infrastructure by the project and is matched with the regional technical infrastructure system. The auctioned land has many utilities near schools, commune administrative centers, densely populated areas.
