The latest application form for social housing purchase is currently specified in Form No. 01, Appendix II issued with Decree 100/2024/ND-CP.
Note: According to Article 76 of the 2023 Housing Law, only 12 subjects are entitled to social housing support policies.
How to write a social housing registration form
How to write a social housing registration form is guided in Form No. 01, Appendix II issued with Decree 100/2024/ND-CP, specifically as follows:
(1) Sealing the purchase.
(2) Record the name of the investor in social housing construction.
(3) If working at an agency or organization, clearly state the profession, if it is a freelancer, state that it is a freelancer, if it is retired, state that it is retired...
(4) If working, it is only recorded in this section, except for officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers of the People's Armed Forces, police workers, civil servants, workers and defense officials currently serving in the army; people working in cryptography, people working in other cryptographic organizations receiving salaries from the state budget currently working.
(5) Clearly state that the person with the application is a subject of social housing support according to regulations.
(6) Clearly record the full name and relationship between each member and the person in charge.
(7) For single people: the average housing area per capita for that person.
In the case of a household: the average housing area per capita for the person requesting the confirmation, the wife/husband of the person requesting the confirmation (if any), the father and mother of the person requesting the confirmation include the father, mother-in-law/husband of that person (if any) and the children of the person requesting the confirmation (if any).
8. Low-income people in urban areas (Clause 5, Article 76); workers and laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions inside and outside industrial parks (Clause 6, Article 76); cadres, civil servants, and public employees as prescribed by law on cadres, civil servants, and public employees (Clause 8, Article 76).
9. In case the subject is a low-income person in urban areas without a labor contract, if he/she is single, the actual monthly income received shall not exceed 15 million VND. The People's Committee at the commune level confirms the income conditions.
(10) In case the subject is a low-income person in an urban area without a labor contract, if married according to the provisions of law, the total monthly income of the plaintiff and the husband/wife of the plaintiff shall not exceed 30 million VND. The People's Committee at the commune level confirms the income conditions.
11.
