Subjects entitled to social housing support policies
Social housing purchase documents 2025
The dossier for purchasing social housing in 2025 is guided in detail in Decree 100/2024/ND-CP and Articles 6, 7, and 8 of Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD.
Accordingly, households and individuals who want to submit documents to buy social housing directly to project investors should note that the 2025 social housing purchase documents include:
1. Application for social housing (Form No. 01 of Appendix II of Decree 100/2024/ND-CP).
2. Documents proving that they are eligible to buy social housing:
+ Subject 1), the document proving that the beneficiary of social housing support policies is a certified copy of the document proving that he or she has contributed to the revolution or a certified copy of the certificate of martyr's relatives according to the provisions of the Ordinance on Incentives for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution.
+ Subject (2), (3) then the documents proving that the beneficiary of social housing support policies is a certified copy of the certificate of a poor or near-poor household according to regulations.
+ Subjects (5), (6), (8), (9), (10),) (4) are implemented according to Form No. 01 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD.
+ mau documents proving the subject (7) shall follow the instructions of the Minister of National Defense and the Minister of Public Security.
3. mau documents proving housing conditions
+ Form No. 02 (for cases without housing) Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD.
+ Form No. 03 (for cases of housing) Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD.
In case the petitioner is married, the husband or wife must also declare a form of documents proving the conditions for housing according to Form No. 02 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD download.
4. mau documents proving income conditions
+ Subjects (5), (6), (7), (8) are Form No. 04 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD.
+ Subject (5) but without labor contract is Form No. 05 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD.
In case the person applying for or renting social housing is married, the wife or husband must also declare a form of documents proving income conditions according to Form No. 04 or Form No. 05 in Appendix I issued with Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD.
