Accordingly, for full-time university students in the country, the expected tuition fee applied to this year's admission course is VND 4.6 million/month, equivalent to VND 46 million/school year. This level is calculated for the 2025 - 2026 school year. In the following school years, tuition fees will increase gradually from 48 to 50, then 52 million VND/school year.
Meanwhile, for full-time university students majoring in Business Administration for sports talents, the tuition fee expected to be applied to the 2025 enrollment course is 126 million VND/student/course (equivalent to 3.15 million VND/month; 990,000 VND/credit).
As for students studying in joint training programs with universities abroad, the tuition fee is calculated higher.
Specifically, the Business Administration major is affiliated with Troy University, USA and is granted a degree and tuition fee by Troy University for a 122-credit standard course, students studying according to a 3.5-year, full-time study program in Vietnam is 362.455 million VND, equivalent to 14,200 USD.
However, students who are officially admitted to the 24th course of the 2025 Autumn Festival will be awarded a scholarship of more than 11 million VND/student (equivalent to 450 USD), deducted directly from the above tuition fees.
In addition, students studying in this program have to pay the graduation fee of more than 1.5 million VND and the graduation ceremony fee is about 4 million VND.
As for the Business Administration major associated with St. Francis University, USA and granted by St. Francis University, the tuition fee for 121 credits, studying for 4 years and 100% in Vietnam is 369.704 million VND (equivalent to 14,484 USD).
Students who are officially admitted to the 05 course will be awarded a scholarship of more than 38 million VND and those who are admitted with the conditions of the 05 course will be awarded a scholarship of more than 25 million VND. Both are directly deducted from tuition fees when paying.
Similar to the program affiliated with Troy University, students studying in this program have to pay the graduation fee of more than 3 million VND and the graduation ceremony fee of more than 5 million VND.
This year, Hanoi National University of Economics enrolls 500 students for 6 training majors with 9 training programs. In addition, there are 35 direct admission quotas and 12 university admission quotas

The school organizes regular domestic university admissions with the following methods:
- Admission for candidates using the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, including admission based on the results of the graduation exam and admission for an international English certificate combined with the high school graduation exam scores this year;
- Considering international English certificate admission combined with high school transcript results;
- Admission results of the competency assessment exam organized by Hanoi National University;
- Direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;

At 8:00 a.m. on July 16, more than 1 million students nationwide will look up their high school graduation exam scores; at the same time, officially register and adjust their university admission wishes until July 28. On August 20, it is expected that universities will simultaneously announce the benchmark scores for 2025.
This year, universities must convert the benchmark scores and admission scores of admission methods to the same general scale according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
