I want to sell an apartment that my wife and I own. I have a full land use right certificate certified for mortgage revocation page 4, bank mortgage revocation certificate, no dispute, marriage registration certificate for husband and wife, citizen identification card, VNeID level 2.
If I transfer the above assets to the buyer's name, do I need to provide the following types of documents: Property mortgage contract; Credit contract; Debt confirmation document at the time of receiving the deposit; Apartment handover record between the investor and the seller; Apartment purchase and sale contract between the investor and the seller; Design drawing or apartment completion drawing showing area, structure and current status.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has the following opinions:
Clause 1, Article 14 and Clause 1, Article 15 of Decree No. 49/2026/ND-CP dated January 31, 2026 of the Government detailing and guiding a number of articles of Resolution No. 254/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the organization of the implementation of the Land Law has assigned authority (confirming changes on the issued certificate) to the Provincial People's Committee and allows decentralization and authorization according to the provisions of law on the organization of local government, and at the same time stipulates the order and administrative procedures on land.
