On January 30, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee organized a launching ceremony to implement the decision to enforce and demolish illegal construction works on agricultural land for the violating case (Mr. Nguyen Van Binh - born in 1969) in the Dong Soi area of Ro village.
The violating works include: Corrugated iron fences surrounding land plot No. 173 in Dong Soi, with a length of 50m, a height of 1.2m adjacent to Kieu Phu street; three sections of corrugated iron with an average height of 2.5m; corrugated iron roofs covering 2 parts of the area adjacent to Kieu Phu street with a total area of 369.8m2. In addition, on this agricultural land area, there are also waste soil, broken bricks, gravel, and rocks.
Before organizing coercion, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee fully implemented the steps in accordance with legal procedures; issued notices; and at the same time strengthened propaganda and mobilization, requesting violating households to voluntarily dismantle illegal construction works and remedy the consequences.
Through propaganda and mobilization, by the time of implementing the coercion decision, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh's family had dismantled the entire corrugated iron roof and corrugated iron fence, but had not dismantled the concrete columns and transported the volume of waste soil, broken bricks and gravel for leveling on agricultural production land.
However, the family has not dismantled the concrete columns of the fence and transported the volume of waste soil, bricks and gravel to level the agricultural production land area. The Commune People's Committee has launched a campaign to implement the enforcement decision according to regulations.

At the scene, functional forces mobilized 2 excavators, 5 trucks, and proceeded to transport the entire volume of waste soil, bricks, stones, gravel and concrete columns out of the violating area, restoring the current state of agricultural land according to regulations.
Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee also requested organizations, households and individuals in the area to seriously comply with the provisions of land law, not to arbitrarily build works on public land or agricultural land; and at the same time coordinate with local authorities in land management and use, contributing to maintaining order, legal discipline and serving the sustainable socio-economic development goals of the locality.
