According to the approved list, Khanh Hoa province called for investment in 231 projects with a total land use area of more than 17,000ha.
In which, there are 70 call projects in the fields of trade - services, tourism; 43 urban and real estate development projects; 41 energy and renewable energy projects; 19 processing and manufacturing industrial projects; 17 agricultural projects; 32 cultural - educational - health projects; 7 environmental projects and 2 science - technology projects.
Commercial - service, tourism projects are oriented to focus on areas with great potential such as Dong Hai ward, Do Vinh ward, Vinh Hai commune, Ca Na commune (old Ninh Thuan province), along with key areas of Khanh Hoa such as Nha Trang, Cam Ranh and Ninh Hoa.
Meanwhile, urban and real estate projects are distributed in Phan Rang, Ninh Chu, Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, Dien Khanh, Khanh Vinh...
With the advantage of natural conditions, Khanh Hoa province continues to strongly attract renewable energy projects such as wind power, solar power, and hydropower.
These projects all have locations and scales suitable for the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister.
