After the Prime Minister issued the project, Khanh Hoa province has developed a specific plan and roadmap for implementation. According to the target assigned by the Government, the province must build at least 7,800 social housing units.
By March 2025, the province had completed 3,364 units, reaching 98.9% of the plan for the period 2021 - 2025); it is expected that by the end of 2025, the Cam Nghia Ward Social Housing Project (Cam Ranh City) will complete 1,142 units/3,565 units. Thus, in the period of 2021 - 2025, the province has basically completed the target according to the allocation project.
In the period of 2026 - 2030, Khanh Hoa province was assigned a target of 4,400 units.
