In case the dossier has a deadline for settlement before September 30: The People's Committees at the district and commune levels will handle it thoroughly and return the results on the system in accordance with regulations. The settlement was fully implemented, without affecting the progress and quality of service to the people.
In case the dossier is received before June 30 but has a time limit for processing after this date: The People's Committees at the district and commune levels will end processing the dossier on the administrative procedure system by switching to the " Waiting for delivery" state - the final step of the administrative procedure settlement process.
At the same time, the units will attach a notice regarding the termination due to the merger of administrative units, transfer the file to the new competent authority to continue implementing the remaining steps. The handover of documents and functions and tasks will be carried out in accordance with regulations to ensure transparency and smoothness.
For the case of records received after June 30, 2025: All reception, processing and return of results will be carried out according to the new 2-level local government model, corresponding to the administrative unit after the arrangement.
