On June 19, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province sent a document to organizations and individuals operating in the real estate sector requesting strict implementation of the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023.
The authorities of Khanh Hoa province are also implementing market control, preventing speculation and price inflation, ensuring transparency and improving the effectiveness of state management of real estate.
According to the Department of Construction, businesses, exchanges and individuals practicing brokerage who do not meet legal requirements such as not registering to operate, not having a practice certificate, or lacking professional personnel need to urgently complete before July 10, 2025.
Violations will be strictly handled, even suspended according to regulations.
Individuals practicing brokerage are required to have a valid practice certificate and can only operate within the framework of legal organizations. Cases of freelance practice or expired certificates will be handled according to the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business.
To increase monitoring efficiency, the Department of Construction has implemented the form of information declaration via QR code.
All organizations and individuals in the industry must complete the declaration of information to the electronic data system, serving inspection, traceability and comparison when necessary.
The Department of Construction also requested the People's Committees of communes, wards (after the merger) and press and media agencies to coordinate in detecting, reporting violations and supporting the verification of information on real estate brokerage activities and transactions.
Strengthening the control of business conditions not only contributes to stabilizing the market but also protects the rights of people and investors, aiming to build a transparent, healthy and sustainable real estate market in Khanh Hoa.
