Tourism service land: Maximum construction density is 60%, maximum height is 40 floors. Relic and religious land: Maximum construction density is 60%, maximum height is 7 floors.
Public green land: Construction density is not more than 5%, maximum height is 1 floor. Parking land: Maximum construction density is 50%, maximum height is 7 floors.
The Duong De area will be divided into 3 sub-areas: Service - tourism sub-area; Housing sub-area; Sub-area of mixed-use housing and services
