In particular, it is recommended that the People's Committees of communes and wards strengthen propaganda, dissemination and coordination in inspecting compliance with legal regulations in real estate business activities of enterprises, organizations and individuals doing real estate services, real estate trading floors, and real estate brokers in the area.
The Department of Science and Technology of Khanh Hoa province coordinates to handle false, inaccurate information that can easily cause confusion in the cyberspace environment.
For real estate project investors, Khanh Hoa Department of Construction requires that before putting real estate into business, they must meet the conditions prescribed in Article 24 of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023; ensure the provisions of Clause 2, Article 3, Article 4, Clause 4 and Clause 5, Article 10 of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023.
At the same time, strictly implement the provisions of Clause 4, Article 17, Article 6, Clause 5 and Clause 8, Article 8 of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023 and other relevant legal provisions. Not opening for sale and mobilizing capital when not meeting the conditions according to the law.
The police of communes and wards support and coordinate regularly to propagate and handle organizations and individuals using social networks to provide and share false information about real estate products;
Handling the activities of real estate trading floors and real estate brokerage activities in violation of the law, tax evasion, providing inaccurate information, causing negative impacts on the operations of the financial, credit and real estate markets.
Previously, implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch on strengthening management, control and stabilization of the real estate market, the Department of Construction issued a plan to inspect compliance with legal regulations in real estate business activities.
The Department will organize inspections in 2 forms: surprise and invitation.
The subjects of inspection are real estate trading floors, organizations, individuals providing real estate brokerage services, and individuals practicing brokerage in Khanh Hoa province (including individuals who do not meet the prescribed conditions).
The inspection aims to assess the situation, detect, rectify and promptly handle violations in the management, operation and provision of services of real estate brokerage platforms and individuals.
At the same time, propose solutions to perfect the management mechanism, improve the transparency and operational efficiency of the real estate market in Khanh Hoa province.
Based on the inspection results, the Department of Construction will make them public on the Department of Construction's Electronic Information Portal; coordinate with competent authorities to handle cases of intentional violations according to the law.
