On October 15, 2025, Vingroup announced the implementation of social housing projects (NOXH) in 7 provinces and cities nationwide, contributing to expanding the supply of social housing, meeting the housing needs of the people. Of which, nearly 50,000 units are planned to be implemented in Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh; nearly 11,000 units are under construction and on the market in Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Quang Tri and Khanh Hoa.
Responding to the Government's strategy of developing social housing for low-income people and industrial park workers by 2030, Vingroup has registered to invest in developing a series of social housing projects called Happy Home in many localities.
Up to now, Happy Home series has been deployed in 4 provinces: Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Quang Tri and Khanh Hoa; at the same time, there are plans to deploy more in 3 provinces and cities: Hung Yen, Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh.
In Hai Phong, Vingroup has opened for sale the Happy Home Trang Cat project (belonging to Dinh Vu Economic Zone) with a total area of 28.14 hectares, including 27 apartment buildings 7-9 floors high, with a scale of 3,804 apartments, with an area of 28.8 - 70m2/apartment. As the largest social housing project in the city, Happy Home Trang Cat not only provides housing, but also creates a quality living space for workers with 59 outdoor amenities, including: 3 parks, 4 flower gardens, sports areas (yopa, gym, badminton...), camping areas, flag gardens, reading areas....In Duong Kinh (under Vinhomes Golden City project), Vingroup has also planned to add 8,000 social housing units.

In Thanh Hoa, Happy Home project is located in Hac Thanh ward. The project has a scale of nearly 9.2 hectares, including 18 9-storey buildings, providing 2,824 apartments, with an area of 45m2 - 71m2/apartment and a series of utilities such as landscape lake, green park, walking path, children's playground, sports area, near children's cultural facilities, inter-level schools... The project has been opened for sale in the first phase since March 2025, and is preparing to open for sale in the second phase from October 15, 2025.
In Quang Tri, Happy Home project has a scale of 11.547 hectares, providing 142 low-rise houses (3 floors high), with a land area of 75m2 - 163.9m2. The project has completed construction and announced preparations for opening for sale, expected in November 2025.
In Khanh Hoa, Vingroup is implementing the construction of Happy Home project on a total area of 87.64 hectares, with a scale of 4,140 social housing units in Bac Cam Ranh ward.
Along with the above 4 provinces and cities, Vingroup also plans to develop Happy Home projects in Hung Yen (5,500 apartments), Ho Chi Minh City (31,500 - 33,500 apartments), Tay Ninh (2,300 apartments).

The difference of Happy Home projects in the social housing segment is not only providing "a place to live" but also creating a "livable place" for workers.
