This is a handbook to provide information and guidance on solving common difficulties and problems of projects related to the land sector in Khanh Hoa province.
Thereby, helping investors and state management agencies effectively handle problems arising during the project implementation process.
The draft handbook has 3 main contents including: the process of receiving and handling difficulties and problems; common groups of problems and contact units.
Accordingly, the process of receiving difficulties and problems is made through 5 steps. The Department of Finance receives through feedback, written petitions or reception systems reflecting the provincial petitions. After that, classifying problems and transferring the Unit agency to preside over, coordinate handling, promulgate guiding documents and settlement in cases where the competence is under the authority. Report and propose the provincial People's Committee if exceeding the authority to answer and guide investors in official written.
