In May 525, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province directed the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate with agencies and organizations of the Government Division (excluding the Office of the Delegation Delegation and the Provincial People's Council) reviewing and reporting to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee agreed on the appointment of 12 civil servants to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province and 3 heads of the Department at the competent authority to review and move on the commune level.
Previously, at the Conference of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee (April 2025), it was agreed to change the Plan to arrange and reorganize the commune-level administrative units of Nha Trang city from 22 commune-level administrative units to 4 grassroots-level administrative units.
Khanh Hoa province also developed a plan to reorganize 132 commune-level administrative units to form 41 new commune-level administrative units including 29 communes, 11 wards and 1 special zone (a reduction of 91 units).
By the end of May 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province had reviewed and decided to resolve policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178 and Decree No. 67 of the Government for 105 cadres, civil servants and public employees under the Government sector.
Accordingly, there are 83 cases at the provincial and district levels, including 8 people under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee (retiring 7 people before the age; 1 person quitting work); 75 people are visitors (68 people retiring before the age, 7 people quitting work). For the commune level in Khanh Hoa, there are 22 people, including 17 cadres; 5 civil servants.
The total amount of money paid to 53/105 cases is more than 60 billion VND.
For the remaining 52/105 cases, the Department of Finance of Khanh Hoa province is presiding over and coordinating with the Department of Home Affairs, relevant agencies and localities to calculate and advise the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province to decide.
