The VSIP Nam Dinh Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project phase 1 is being implemented in 2 communes of Giao Binh and Giao Hung (Ninh Binh province) with a scale of about 180 hectares.
The total investment capital of the project is more than 2,200 billion VND, invested by Vietnam - Singapore Urban and Industrial Zone Development Joint Stock Company (VSIP). The completion progress of the entire infrastructure system is in the 4th quarter of 2027.
It is known that the project has a convenient location, located at the intersection of new strategic infrastructure systems such as the coastal road, Nam Dinh - Lac Quan road, Ninh Binh - Hai Phong expressway, conveniently linked to the Lach Huyen port system, Cat Bi International Airport and utility services in neighboring areas.

The project has the advantage of connecting with other industrial centers inside and outside the province, helping to optimize the supply chain and increase benefits for investors.
With geographical advantages, VSIP Nam Dinh IP is oriented to develop according to the low-carbon industrial park model, attracting investors in light industry sectors applying new science and technology, not causing environmental pollution in production and business activities such as mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics, pharmaceuticals, supporting industries, household appliances, garment production, food processing...


Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Cao Son - Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee said that the groundbreaking of VSIP Nam Dinh Industrial Park phase 1 as well as the entire project in the future with a planned area of nearly 1,100ha will contribute to expanding the province's industrial development space, creating new motivation to attract domestic and foreign investment. In addition, the project is of great significance in solving jobs for workers, increasing budget revenue, promoting economic restructuring and improving Ninh Binh province's competitiveness in the Red River Delta region and the whole country.
