Starting construction of more than 600 social housing units in Dong Nai province

    Dong Nai - The first social housing project in Long Thanh district started construction in 2025 with an area of nearly 31,600 m2, including 5 blocks of houses.

    On May 19, at iD Junction Urban Area, Long Thanh Town, Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company organized a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of iDT Social Housing Apartment. This is the first social housing project in Long Thanh district.

    iDT Social Housing Apartment Building is built on a 20% land fund of the Residential Area Project according to the planning in Long Thanh Town (commercial name iD Junction).

    The project has an area of nearly 31,600 m2, including 5 main buildings with more than 600 apartments, community activities, utilities such as: swimming pool, children's playground, park, outdoor sports area and technical infrastructure system...

    Dong Nai province is assigned a target, in the 2025-2030 period, it must complete 20,800 social housing units, of which about 2,600 units must be completed in 2025...
