This is one of the activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Saigon City - Gia Dinh honorably named after President Ho Chi Minh (July 2, 1976 - July 2, 2026).
An Tay Industrial Resettlement Area project is located in Long Nguyen ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This is a level II technical infrastructure project, group B. According to the approved policy, the project will build 2,284 resettlement land plots on a total land area of about 46ha.
The project has a total investment of 514 billion VND, of which phase 1 invests 359 billion VND from the Ho Chi Minh City budget.

In phase 1, about 22.25 ha will be built, ground leveling will be carried out, traffic routes will be built, and rainwater and wastewater drainage systems will be built. Construction of wastewater treatment stations, landfills, waste transfer stations, parks, water supply and fire prevention and fighting, power lines, lighting, telecommunications infrastructure and green trees will be built.
The project was assigned by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works as the investor. The construction contractor is An Tay Resettlement Area Joint Venture including Phuc Cuong Consulting and Construction Co., Ltd. and 5 other enterprises.

Representatives of the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works said that this is an important project in creating a resettlement land fund to serve the housing needs of households affected by socio-economic development projects. Thereby, contributing to ensuring social security and promoting sustainable urban development.
