The Hanoi People's Committee recently issued Decision No. 2786 on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Xuan District.
Accordingly, Hanoi added to the plan an urban functional area project at land plots No. 233, 233B and 235 Nguyen Trai (Thanh Xuan district), implemented by Xavinco Real Estate JSC and a consortium, with an area of about 11 hectares, in the list of works and projects implemented in the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Xuan district.
Before the addition, the district's land use plan included 14 projects with a total area of about 15.84 hectares. The addition of new projects has increased the total to 15 projects, with an area of 26.84 hectares.
The land plots 233, 233B and 235 Nguyen Trai are headquarters, warehouses, and production facilities under the management and use of Hanoi Soap Joint Stock Company (Haso), LIX Washing powder Joint Stock Company, and Thang Long Tobacco Company.
According to the project investment policy decision approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in April 2016, the urban functional area project at 233, 233B and 235 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan District - Vinhomes Smart City is implemented by a consortium of investors including Xavinco Real Estate JSC (representative), Thang Long Real Estate Investment and Business JSC and Xalivico Company Limited.
In 2015, the Hanoi People's Committee approved the detailed planning of the Urban Functional Area at 233, 233B and 235 Nguyen Trai, scale 1/500.
According to the plan, on the land, buildings 35-46 floors high will be built. Of which, there are 3 mixed-use plots of land (commercial, service, residential) with a total area of over 52,000m2.
