On March 12, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee just decided to approve a specific land price plan as the starting price for auctioning land use rights for the Long Khanh Commercial and Residential Center project in Long Khanh ward, Dong Nai province.
The land area has a total area of 22, 638.7 m2, of which the auctioned land area is 13,642.7 m2. The specific land price result as the starting price for auctioning the land use rights of the above-mentioned land area is more than 406 billion VND.
On March 10, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee also issued a document to implement a number of tasks related to the auction of land use rights in 2026.
Accordingly, to accelerate the auction of land use rights in 2026, contributing to meeting the goal of double-digit growth and creating resources for investment in key transport infrastructure development, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed: For land areas that have basically completed site clearance, it is requested that the Land Fund Development Center urgently complete the necessary procedures to put them up for auction no later than the second quarter of 2026.
