The planned area is about 291.21 ha, with the goal of investing in building an urban area that harmoniously combines traditional and modern values, contributing to building a new image of Cu Lao Pho, which is a symbol of Bien Hoa cultural city.
Regarding functional zoning, residential land has a total area of 681,63.2 m2, accounting for 23.4% of the total area of the planned area, with a population of about 27,467 people, including townhouse land, villa land, apartment land, social housing land, resettlement housing land, social infrastructure works land...
In addition, there are land for social infrastructure works (total area 1,046.167.5 m2, accounting for 35.9% of the total area of the planned area); Service works land; Tourism service works land; Specialized green trees land; Traffic road land; Parking lot land; Technical infrastructure works land; Canal and water surface land.
Hiep Hoa Urban Area project recovers land from 1,692 households and individuals/3,079 land plots in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city (now Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province).
The project's investment capital is over 72,000 billion VND, including total construction investment and site clearance costs to support resettlement.
