Information from Kim Thanh commune, recently, through on-site inspections in some areas within the scope of land acquisition to serve the Kim Thanh 2 industrial park project (Dinh Giong village, Long Khe), the functional forces of Kim Thanh commune have discovered a number of households and individuals who arbitrarily planted perennial trees, fruit trees, and illegally built works (including the construction of fake graves) on agricultural land and land with project implementation policies.
The People's Committee of Kim Thanh commune has directed the commune's functional agencies to urgently verify and make records for cases in Long Khe and Dinh Giong villages where illegal perennial crops are grown in areas subject to recovery. By the afternoon of December 16, 2 households had arbitrarily picked up crops in violation of regulations.
Currently, the locality is continuing to inspect, review, and verify other violations to make records and strictly handle them in accordance with regulations.
The People's Committee of the commune recommends that people do not arbitrarily plant perennial trees or fruit trees illegally; build illegal constructions on agricultural land within the scope of the announced planning. For those who have planted, continue to voluntarily reclaim illegally planted trees. The locality continues to inspect, review, and verify other violations to make records and strictly handle them in accordance with regulations.
Previously, Kim Thanh commune had implemented site clearance and land acquisition for the project. Up to now, the commune has completed site clearance for the agricultural land area of 8/10 villages, while the two villages of Long Khe and Dinh Giong are reviewing and completing the inventory documents.
