Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee has just approved the starting unit price for short-term leasing for 4 land plots, land plots and assets attached to land in the province in 2026.
On August 17, Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision approving the starting unit price for short-term leasing for 4 land plots, land plots and assets attached to land in the province.
Land plots in Tan Phong, Binh Lu, Muong Than and Than Uyen areas. These are land plots on the list approved by the Provincial People's Committee for short-term lease in 2026.
According to the decision, the starting unit price is the basis for organizing land fund leasing according to regulations. Specific information on the area, location, purpose of use and unit price of each land plot is stated in the attached appendix.
Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to organize the implementation of short-term land leasing based on the approved price level, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
The approval of unit prices is based on the Land Law and guiding decrees for implementation, and at the same time based on the regulations of the Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee on the ratio of calculating land lease unit prices, the order of short-term land fund leasing and the land price adjustment coefficient for 2026.
Previously, on July 1, 2026, Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee approved the list of land plots, land plots and assets attached to land for short-term lease (second time) in 2026 in the province.
