On July 5, information from Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that from July 15, many communes and wards in the province will apply the regulations on urban architecture management.
Accordingly, Ward 1 Bao Loc, Ward 2 Bao Loc, Ward 3 Bao Loc and Ward B'Lao are units of Bao Loc city (old); Bao Lam 1 commune, formerly Loc Thang town, Bao Lam district (old); Lang Biang - Da Lat ward (old Lac Duong town area); Don Duong commune, formerly Thanh My town, Don Duong district (old).
The goal of issuing regulations to manage architecture in wards and communes is to ensure compliance with the adjusted planning and construction planning projects approved by competent State agencies.
This Regulation will be the basis for managing investment in construction, granting new construction permits or renovating and beautifying architectural works and landscape design in urban areas.
The regulations will also support inspection, examination and handling of administrative violations related to space management and urban landscape architecture.
The regulations in the regulations will orient urban planning and design tasks for areas without approved planning.
The regulations also clearly state the responsibility for planning management, architecture and construction for the People's Committees of communes and wards, as well as relevant professional agencies, organizations and individuals.
