On June 12, the Department of Finance of Lam Dong province said that it had reported to provincial leaders on the investment policy approval dossier for the modern commercial housing project in Xuan Truong ward and the housing infrastructure construction project in Dan Thuan - Dan Cuong village, Ham Thanh commune.
In which, the project to build housing infrastructure in Dan Thuan - Dan Cuong village has a scale of nearly 13ha, with a total investment of about 140 billion VND, and an estimated population of about 2,800 people.
According to the proposal, the project will invest synchronously in technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, forming a residential area including 633 adjacent houses, 34 villas and green buildings, regulating lakes, kindergartens, community living areas and commercial services.
The appraisal results showed that the project is in accordance with the Provincial Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050; in accordance with the general construction plan of Ham Thanh commune, land use plan and housing development plan of the locality. The project does not overlap with national defense, security, mineral, forestry and irrigation plans.

According to the Department of Finance, the investor has proven its financial capacity with owner's equity of more than 58.6 billion VND and has a credit commitment from the bank to implement the project. When completed, the project is expected to meet housing needs, create jobs and increase local budget revenue.
For the modern commercial housing project in Xuan Truong ward, the project has an area of about 20,500m2, with a total estimated investment of about 593 billion VND.
The project is oriented to invest in synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure to meet housing needs, effectively exploit land funds and promote urban development in the eastern Da Lat area.
According to the proposed plan, the project is implemented in the form of bidding to select investors, maximum construction density of 40%, maximum height of 7 floors, operating term of 50 years and implementation progress of about 4 years from the time of land allocation.
Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested units to review the content of investment policy approval and the name of the housing infrastructure construction project in Dan Thuan - Dan Cuong village.
At the same time, carefully assess the proof of financial capacity of investors, review related commitments to promptly supplement and adjust if necessary.
Regarding the modern commercial housing project in Xuan Truong ward, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Finance to review all information, the implementation process and propose investment policies.
After completion, the unit is responsible for reporting to the Provincial People's Committee, and at the same time advising on handling directions for each specific content.
