On June 3, the working delegation of the Central Inspection Committee led by Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee - had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.

At the working session, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh emphasized that removing difficulties and obstacles for non-budget projects is important in unlocking resources and promoting local economic growth. At the same time, he requested the province to comprehensively assess the results of the implementation of 9 key resolutions of the Politburo, clarifying the achieved results as well as existing shortcomings and limitations.

The working delegation also announced the decision to establish a Regular Supervision Team of the Central Inspection Committee to monitor and support the removal of difficulties for backlog and prolonged projects in the province according to the Politburo's conclusion.
Reporting at the working session, Mr. Le Trong Yen - Standing Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - said that the whole province currently has 365 non-budget projects facing difficulties and obstacles with a total investment capital of more than 267,416 billion VND.

As of June 1, 2026, the locality has removed difficulties for 183 projects, reaching over 50% of the total number of projects, corresponding to capital unlocked of about 120,473 billion VND and more than 16,021 hectares of land.
According to provincial leaders, many projects still face obstacles due to changes in the legal system through periods, requiring continued review and thorough assessment before handling.
Mr. Ho Van Muoi - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - said that the province has established 6 working groups in charge of Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee to review, classify and focus on removing each specific group of difficulties.
For projects that have been dismantled, the province will require investors to commit to continuing implementation to avoid wasting land resources.

Accepting the directions of the working delegation, Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee - affirmed: The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will continue to drastically direct the removal of difficulties for backlog projects; and at the same time promote administrative reform, improve the investment environment, create conditions for projects to soon go into operation, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the province.
