The Government Standing Committee requests Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to review, amend and immediately abolish inappropriate and conflictive regulations and standards that create costs such as regulations on planning, parking space and fire prevention.
Research and develop support policies for home buyers with real needs, young people, increase people's access to housing and real estate so that people can exercise their right to housing according to the provisions of the Constitution.
Strictly handle organizations and individuals who take advantage of auctions to increase land prices, affecting and blocking real estate development.
Study regulations on site clearance in accordance with reality, consider the effectiveness of implementation between enterprises or the state to propose appropriate solutions, ensuring progress and efficiency in project implementation.
Continue to review backlog projects with difficulties and obstacles to report to the Steering Committee to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects according to Decision No. 751/QD-TTg dated April 11, 2025 of the Prime Minister (Steering Committee 751), propose mechanisms for resolution.
Research and develop real estate projects in diverse segments and diverse real estate products to increase buyer access, reduce costs, increase supply, and give people more options suitable for their abilities.
Planning work needs to focus on arranging central locations to develop long-term production, business and services, for functional housing development areas, it is necessary to fully arrange technical infrastructure and social infrastructure in areas to ensure compliance with land requirements.
Resolutely handle speculative behavior, price inflation, and providing false information with the purpose of creating a virtual fever and defrauding people for profit.
