This coefficient applies to each type of land, route, road section, area, location in communes and wards according to the first land price list of 2026 of the province.
The highest coefficient was recorded in Van Lang commune. Specifically, non-agricultural land on provincial road 231, the section from Tan Lang intersection with provincial road 231 to the top of Keo Van intersection, turning into Tan Lang waste treatment site, has a coefficient of K=1.86.
Also in this commune, provincial road 232B, the section from Tan Lang intersection to the beginning of Tam bridge, has a coefficient of K=1.18.
In Dong Kinh ward, the adjustment coefficient is applied to some types of agricultural land. Rice land has a coefficient of K=1.44; other annual crop land K=1.40; perennial crop land K=1.29; aquaculture land K=1.16.
Tam Thanh, Ky Lua, and Luong Van Tri wards have lower adjustment coefficients.
Rice land in these wards has a coefficient of K=1.35; other annual crop land K=1.31; perennial crop land K=1.29; aquaculture land K=1.16.
In Loc Binh commune, Loc Binh - Chi Ma road section from the border area of Nha Tho area to Ong Man bridge has a coefficient of K=1.24.
The section from Ong Man bridge to the self-managed youth concrete road to the Detention Center has a coefficient of K=1.42. The remaining road sections in the old Loc Binh town apply a coefficient of K=1.18.
In Tan Thanh commune, the road to Hoa Binh village, the section from the intersection of provincial road 245 to the gate of Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee headquarters, has a coefficient of K=1.26.
Some remaining routes and areas in the commune are specified with coefficients from K=1.25 to K=1.36.
For Chi Lang commune, the sections of National Highway 1 passing through the area have a non-agricultural land adjustment coefficient from K=1.03 to K=1.04.
Specifically, the agricultural product market area and the concentrated residential area of Chi Lang town, internal roads have coefficients from K=1.33 to K=1.34, depending on the road cross-section.
In Dong Dang commune, provincial road 235, the section from Huu Nghi International Border Gate Border Guard Station to the former Bao Lam commune, has a coefficient of K=1.30.
Lang Son Provincial People's Committee stipulates that for land types, road sections, areas, and other locations in the Land Price List but not mentioned in the appendix, the adjustment coefficient is K=1.0.
The adjustment coefficient according to planning and according to other factors affecting land prices is also K=1.0.
