On August 2nd, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Vu Thanh Hung - Director of Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center said that in the near future, functional agencies will put 17 golden land plots (Eastern and Western areas) up for auction, creating more opportunities for investors to choose projects suitable to their financial capacity, operating field and development orientation.
Notably, the land plots have diverse areas, locations and purposes of use, many of which are located in areas with advantages in transportation, urban, commercial and service infrastructure.
According to Mr. Hung, before putting them up for public auction, the unit has surveyed and assessed the effectiveness and potential of land plots for investors inside and outside the province who have needs. Full disclosure of information about planning, location, area, purpose of use, starting price and auction organization time helps investors proactively access, study investment plans and prepare resources to participate.
The public and transparent auction process also creates a level playing field, helping truly capable investors have the opportunity to access land funds to implement projects.
This is not only an opportunity for the State to effectively exploit land resources but also of great significance to the business community. When the land plots are put into use for the right purpose, the implemented projects will contribute to the formation of more urban areas, housing, commercial centers, services, hotels and works serving the development needs of the locality.
Attracting capable investors to participate in the auction also contributes to promoting the real estate market to develop in a transparent direction, creating more jobs, increasing production and business activities and contributing to the budget.
Especially, for land plots with favorable locations on major roads and urban areas, if effectively exploited, it will create more highlights in terms of infrastructure, services and contribute to improving land use value," Mr. Hung added.
