    Hanoi - The auction of 19 land plots in Hong Son commune is expected to take place on February 6, 2026.

    Land plots with areas from 76.2m2 to 279m2. Starting prices range from 2.8 to 7 million VND/m2.

    The auction form is to auction each land plot by secret ballot directly in one round at the auction session. The bidding method is to bid up. The general price step applied to land plots is 100,000 VND/m2.

    The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on February 6, 2026 at the Hall of the Party Committee Headquarters of Hong Son commune (No. 5 Xuy Xa street, Hong Son commune, Hanoi City).

    The auction participant is a person named in the list eligible to participate in the auction, from 18 years old or older, with full civil act capacity and must directly bid.
