On August 24, Dong Nai City People's Committee just issued a decision on the recovery of land expired by C.P Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company in Binh Minh commune, Dong Nai City.
According to the decision, Dong Nai City People's Committee recovered an area of 102,000 m2 of C.P Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company belonging to land plot No. 105, cadastral map sheet No. 30, Binh Minh commune, Dong Nai City (formerly belonging to Binh Minh commune, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province).
C.P Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company is leased land by the State for use in other agricultural land purposes (chicken breeding farms), for a limited time but not extended land use according to the provisions of point c, clause 1, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law.
Dong Nai City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to announce the land recovery decision to C.P Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company and related units to know and implement; Binh Minh Commune People's Committee to monitor and urge C.P Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company to relocate assets on land to hand over the site for management according to regulations; in case the Company does not comply, it will enforce the implementation of the Land Recovery Decision according to legal regulations...
