On August 18, Long Thanh Ward People's Committee, Dong Nai city publicly posted the expected compensation plan for the project to upgrade and expand DT. 769 road section passing through the ward (phase 6).
According to the plan implemented by the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, Long Thanh branch, this phase recovered 61 cases/9,805.2 m2; the total value of the compensation and support plan is more than 35.5 billion VND.
Previously, on July 10, Dong Nai city started the project to upgrade and expand the DT. 769 road.
The project to upgrade and expand DT. 769 road is nearly 30 km long, starting point intersecting with National Highway 1 at Dau Giay intersection, Dau Giay ward, Dong Nai city; ending point intersecting with National Highway 51 at Loc An intersection, Long Thanh ward, Dong Nai city. The project has a total land acquisition area of about 135.5 ha in 3 communes and wards including: Dau Giay, Binh An and Long Thanh.
According to information from the Dong Nai City Construction Investment Project Management Board, after starting construction on July 10, the DT. 769 road upgrade and expansion project is being mobilized by contractors with machinery and equipment to build camps, operating houses and clear ground, and construct the roadbed.
As of the end of July 2026, the project to upgrade and expand DT. 769 road, the handed-over site is more than 56ha, reaching more than 41% of the total area.
