Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction has just posted information about receiving applications to buy social housing belonging to CT1, CT2 low-income apartment complex, Pho Noi Industrial Park Housing and Service Area Project in Nguyen Van Linh commune, Hung Yen province.
According to the announcement, this phase the project opens for sale 166 social housing apartments of 4.5m high. The approved selling price is 25.788 million VND/m2 of usable floor.
The floor area of the apartment does not include the mezzanine area, but the selling price includes the investment costs for building the allocated mezzanine. Information about the apartment name, apartment code, location and area are shown in the appendix attached to the notice.
The time to receive purchase registration dossiers starts from August 14, 2026 and ends on September 13, 2026.
In case the receipt period expires and the number of registration dossiers is not sufficient to correspond to the number of apartments for sale, the investor will continue to open subsequent dossier receipt rounds until the number of apartments is distributed out.

After the dossier receiving period ends, Tan Sang Tourism - Trading Joint Stock Company will compile a list of customers registering to buy and send it to the Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction for appraisal of subjects according to regulations.
