Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development Joint Stock Company announces the receipt of applications for social housing purchase at the high-rise social housing project of land plot CT-01, belonging to the Investment Project to build a housing area for low-income people in Yen My II Industrial Park, Yen My commune, Hung Yen province.
According to the investor, the dossier receiving time is from August 14 to September 14, 2026, during office hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). If there are not enough dossiers corresponding to the number of apartments for sale, the investor will continue to receive dossiers in the next phases until the apartments are sold out.
The project includes 2 clusters of 11-story apartment buildings with a total of 842 social housing apartments for sale. Apartment area from 34.9 m2 to 77 m2.
The average selling price at CT1A building cluster is 21.69 million VND/m2 of apartment floor space; at CT1B building cluster is 21.56 million VND/m2. The above price includes 5% value-added tax (VAT), excluding the adjustment coefficient according to apartment location and the maintenance cost of the common ownership part of the apartment building according to regulations.
The dossier for registering to buy social housing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the 2023 Housing Law and current guiding decrees and circulars.
