Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a plan to receive applications for social housing purchase in phase 1 at land plot CT2, belonging to the Kim Hoa Urban Housing Area project, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi City.
The project investor is Than Ha Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. The land plot has a total area of 93,148.8 m2, of which the land area for social housing construction is 34,137.8 m2. The project is 9 above-ground floors and 1 attic.

The entire project has 720 apartments, including 648 for sale and 72 for lease-purchase. Specifically at CT2 building (phase 1), 240 social housing apartments for sale are opened for sale, with areas ranging from 62.81 m2 to 69.84 m2.
Application submission time is from February 9, 2026 to the end of March 20, 2026, morning from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon from 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM. It is expected to sign apartment purchase contracts from April 10, 2026 and hand over apartments in the second quarter of 2027.
The selling price of social housing is 19,805,791 VND/m2 of usable floor area (including value-added tax, excluding maintenance fees). Maintenance fee 2% of pre-tax selling price, equivalent to 377,253 VND/m2. Lease-purchase price is 244,515 VND/m2/month (including value-added tax, excluding 2% maintenance fee).
After the information is publicly announced on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction, Than Ha Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. will deploy the receipt of dossiers in accordance with legal regulations.
Hanoi Department of Construction noted that it is strictly forbidden for organizations and individuals to take advantage of social housing policies to collect money and deposits against regulations. Fraudulent acts in declaring and confirming dossiers for buying and renting social housing, if detected, including during the post-inspection process, will be handled according to current regulations.
