The Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a plan to receive the first phase of registration for buying Bamboo Garden social housing (rental to sell) at plot CC-1 of the new urban area, lot N1+N3, Quoc Oai urban area, Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city.
The project investor is C.E.O Group Joint Stock Company. Construction location: CC-1 land plot in the new urban area at lot N1+N3, Quoc Oai urban area, Sai Son commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi (now Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city). The area of the plot is 10,528m2.
The scale of the project includes 2 9-storey blocks of CT9A and CT9B buildings, basically symmetrical across the North - South axis. The total number of social housing apartments is 432.
In the first phase, the number of social housing apartments for rent after 5 years was 86, with an area of 48.63 m2 to 59.57 m2. The selling price of social housing apartments (temporarily) is 9,960,000 VND/m2, including VAT and 2% maintenance fee. The equivalent price of apartments in the project ranges from 484.3 million VND to 593.3 million VND/apartment.
The time for receiving documents is from December 1, 2025 to January 15, 2026 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Morning reception from 8:30 to 12:00; afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00.
The subjects of the application are customers who are signing social housing rental contracts with investors to rent social housing at the Bamboo Garden Project, CC-1 land plot in Lot N1+N3, Quoc Oai urban area, Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city.

The Hanoi Department of Construction noted that investors only receive documents at the above location; the person submitting the application must directly submit the documents, sign the receipt and register the wish for the apartment area. The city strictly prohibits organizations and individuals from taking advantage of social housing policies to collect money and receive deposits in violation of regulations.
People are advised not to transfer social housing in violation of regulations and not to submit home purchase documents at locations not announced by the investor on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction.
