The project to renovate and expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang (Cau Giay ward, Hanoi) is entering the peak of site clearance.
According to representatives of the Cau Giay Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board, there are 103 organizations, households, and individuals subject to land acquisition for project implementation.
To date, over 90 cases have agreed to hand over the site to the investor.
For the remaining cases, the government is continuing to mobilize, propagate, and dialogue to create consensus.
Cau Giay Ward sets a basic target to complete site clearance for the project in July, deploy construction in August and complete the entire project in 2026.
Regarding the compensation unit price, a representative of the Cau Giay Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board said that for location 1 Nguyen Khang street, people whose land is recovered will be compensated about 82 million VND/m2.
Meanwhile, land in alley 381 Nguyen Khang (located at location 2 Nguyen Khang) is compensated about 70 million VND/m2. This compensation level is equivalent to location 1 Hoa Bang street.
The cross-section width and profit value at alley 381 Nguyen Khang are equivalent to Hoa Bang street. Cau Giay district previously reported and was approved by the city for the compensation level when recovering land at location 2 Nguyen Khang equal to location 1 Hoa Bang street" - said the representative of the Cau Giay Ward Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board.

Regarding resettlement, 35 eligible households are arranged for resettlement in building N01 (Tran Thai Tong - Duy Tan intersection, belonging to Cau Giay New Urban Area, Cau Giay ward).
It is expected that people will be handed over apartments before July 15" - said the representative of the Cau Giay Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board.
The project to renovate and expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang is about 340m long, connecting the planned Thanh Thai road with Nguyen Khang road.
After completing the expansion, alley 381 Nguyen Khang has a cross-section of about 21.5m, contributing to improving people's travel conditions, reducing congestion and gradually completing the transport infrastructure of the area.
