According to Lao Dong's records, in recent days, site clearance for the project to expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang (Cau Giay ward, Hanoi) has been urgently implemented by relevant units.
A series of works within the project scope have been dismantled and demolished. Many households with recovered land are also urgently moving assets and belongings to hand over the site to the investor.

Mr. Tran Dinh Thao's family (Cau Giay ward) is one of the households whose land was recovered for site clearance (GPMB) to implement the 381 Nguyen Khang alley project.
Mr. Thao and his family live on a land plot with a total area of about 200m2. Of which, nearly 100m2 was recovered for project implementation.
According to the compensation plan, his family will be compensated about 70 million VND/m2.
The whole family is urgently moving furniture and property, and is expected to hand it over to the authorities before July 15 to carry out the demolition of the project" - Mr. Thao said.

Not far from Mr. Thao's house, Ms. Le Thi Hoa's family (name of the character changed) signed to receive money and hand over the ground for the project to expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang.
Ms. Hoa's family was recovered about 30m2 of frontage on Nguyen Khang street (area of Nguyen Khang street intersection with alley 381), with a compensation level of about 82 million VND/m2.
According to Ms. Hoa, most people agree with the policy of project implementation. However, the "suspended" project for many years has affected the lives of households, and houses have deteriorated but cannot be repaired.
Up to now, the project has just been restarted. We hope that site clearance will be completed soon to move to the construction phase, helping to make travel more convenient, and at the same time create a spacious and beautiful urban appearance," Ms. Hoa shared.

For many years, alley 381 Nguyen Khang has been considered one of the traffic congestion points in the Cau Giay area. The current alley is only about 4-5m wide, receiving a large volume of vehicles passing through every day.
During morning and rush hour, especially when students of An Hoa Elementary School are off school, motorbikes, cars and pedestrians often jostle, causing prolonged traffic jams.
The alley is both narrow and crowded, traveling is extremely difficult. I just hope the project will be completed soon to end the traffic jam here," said Mr. Tran Bao (20 years old, student of the University of Transport).

The project to renovate and expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang is about 340m long, connecting the planned Thanh Thai road with Nguyen Khang road.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Cau Giay Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board said that there are 103 organizations, households, and individuals whose land is recovered to implement the project.
To date, over 90 households and individuals have agreed to hand over the site. The ward is continuing to promote propaganda and mobilize the remaining cases to hand over the site for the project, striving to complete it in July.
According to statistics from the Cau Giay Ward Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board, there are 35 households eligible to be arranged for resettlement apartments at apartment building N01 (Tran Thai Tong - Duy Tan intersection, Cau Giay ward), about 1km from their old residence.
Relevant units are completing the final procedures to hand over to households, expected before July 15" - said a representative of the Cau Giay Ward Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board.

According to the plan, by August, the project will be implemented, with the goal of completing the project in 2026.
After completing the expansion, alley 381 Nguyen Khang has a cross-section of about 21.5m, contributing to improving people's travel conditions, reducing congestion and gradually completing the transport infrastructure of the area.
