On June 11, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City issued a notice to supplement a number of regulations on procedures for purchasing social housing at the Low-income Apartment project in An Trung 2 residential area. Thus, home buyers who are not covered by labor contracts will need the People's Committee at the commune level to confirm additional documents proving that they are eligible for social housing support policies.
When submitting the application, people need to bring a copy of the Certificate of Citizen identification card/Certificate of personality, marriage certificate/confirmation of marital status and power of attorney (if any). This regulation aims to ensure that the inspection and approval of documents is convenient and accurate, helping people access social housing more easily.
At the end of May, the Department of Construction of Da Nang announced the opening of social housing for sale at blocks A and B of the An Trung 2 low-income apartment project, with the selling price of apartments being over 16.2 million VND/m2. The apartment project for low-income people in An Trung 2 residential area is invested by a joint venture of Duc Manh Joint Stock Company and 579 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (joint venture of DMC-579).
The project has a scale of 3 apartment blocks with a total of 957 apartments ( block A: 18 floors, block B: 15 floors, block C: 12 floors). Number of social housing apartments for sale: 633 apartments ( block A: 288 apartments, block B: 345 apartments). The selling price of the apartment is more than 16.2 million VND/m2.
In addition to home purchase and taxes, fees and charges related to home purchase and sale according to regulations, investors are not allowed to raise capital, collect difference and contraindicated revenues from home buyers.
