The representative of the Vinh Loc - Thach Thanh Inter-district Tax Team added that after the incident, the leaders of the tax team and related people worked and apologized to the people.
"Through this incident, it can be seen that Mr. H. worked with a taxpayer who was not in accordance with the industry's regulations. There were inappropriate handling behaviors and speech that did not meet office culture standards. The unit's viewpoint is to handle it as quickly as possible, without cover-up" - the representative of the Vinh Loc - Thach Thanh Inter-district Tax Team shared.
It is known that after the incident, Mr. H. made a report and the police agency also checked the security camera, collecting information to clarify the incident.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on June 11, a clip appeared on social media recording the image of an officer believed to be from the Vinh Loc - Thach Thanh District Tax Team (Thanh Hoa) with inappropriate behavior and words towards the people.
The clip recorded a scene of a resident coming to the Vinh Loc - Thach Thanh Tax Team to handle administrative procedures. However, due to difficulties in the work process, this person used his phone to record the incident. After that, a fierce argument broke out between the tax officer and the people, even the two shouted 'there is no other choice but me'.
