According to Lao Dong, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City has just announced that Mega Assets Company Limited can sell 530 apartments formed in the future at the Capital Square 2 Urban Area project (including 265 apartments in building 2.4 and 265 apartments in building 2.6).
It is known that Capital Square 2 Urban Area Project is located on Ngo Quyen Street (An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District), with a land use area of 31,960 m2.
The project includes 7 high-rise apartments and 1 office - service block, with a total of more than 1,500 apartments. The two buildings 2.4 and 2.6 are both 28 floors high with an attic.
The Department of Construction requires the investor and Mega Assets Company Limited to be responsible for the accuracy and honesty of the project information provided.
In particular, investors must ensure compliance with legal regulations on real estate business, including the release of mortgaged assets before signing a sales contract with customers, performance of guarantees in the sale of future housing and comply with regulations on payment in the sale of future housing.
Previously, at the end of February 2025, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City announced a list of investment projects to build commercial housing that allow foreign organizations and individuals to own houses in the city.
Accordingly, the two projects allowed to be sold to foreign organizations and individuals are Capital Square 2 Urban Area - invested by Mega Assets Company Limited and Capital Square 3 Urban Area - invested by SIH Real Estate Company Limited.
On March 18, Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Le Trung Chinh inspected the implementation of major projects in the city, including the Capital Square 2 Urban Area Project.
Capital Square 2 Urban Area Project invested by Mega Assets Company Limited - under BRG Group, is built on a land area of nearly 32,000m2 with a scale of 7 blocks of apartment buildings from 26-28 floors, 1 block of 7-storey mixed-use buildings.
Based on the inspection and on-site inspection, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Le Trung Chinh praised the investors and contractors of the above projects for their drastic and urgent construction in the past time, and shared with investors and contractors about the difficulties in the implementation and construction of these projects.
